They make a different model that is 41.5mm but it runs $125 on amazon

What size do you think is best for a case? Around 40-42?

38-42 is the most classic size for chrono or military. Any larger and it becomes more trendy in styling. The crown is not measured in case diameter.

42mm is a good size for smaller wrists, not too small, but not overwhelming
