Don't know, never been to the DR, I know from friends that cigars are sick expensive unless you want fake Cubans, those puppies are cheap (& nasty)

Ok.. Thanks for the info guys. I will bring my own and chance customs. I'm not going to be stuck without cigars for 8 days...
