Alec Bradley Black Market toro
I had one of these at the suggestion of Jacob, our B&M tobacconist. I'm glad I did.
The stick was none other than fantastic. It started with a tinge of spice but quickly moved to a toasty and leather flavor. It wasn't very complex but a tasty stick. Price point about $7.50. I would call it a medium body stick, not overbearing by any means.

Re: Alec Bradley Black Market toro
I have had the opportunity to pick these up at a couple of different B&M's, but haven't pulled the trigger on one yet.
On a side note, I asked one of my local shops if they were going to get any of them & he pretty much blasted AB & said they were probably going to stop carrying all of their cigars. His gripe was that AB supposedly allows online retailers to discount their sticks too deeply & then they get customers in their store telling them they are way overpriced on the AB stuff. Don't know if it is a valid complaint or not as I haven't really noticed AB's line being significantly cheaper online than any others, but it makes it harder to get their stuff locally for me as the same folks run the main two cigar stores that I frequent around here.

Re: Alec Bradley Black Market toro
Just tried my first and being a fan of AB, I was disappointed. Had some kind of nasty funk taste that's very hard to describe. Ever have a bad RP? Kinda like that. Very glad I didn't buy a blind box of these.

Picked one up at a local B&M was about to light it up, the owner run over and said not to. His advice was to let it rest for a few months; after reading some of the posts here I'm glad I didn't. So it will sit in the Humi until late Fall.

I had one and I thought it was just meh. I aged it for a couple of months, too. Maybe I needed to rest it more.

The one I had last year just tasted of what I can only describe as the over power smell of ash I experienced walking through a friends house the day after it burned down. Just stale ash
