We can't. Our draconian state laws classify these are "switchblade" type knives. Of course, no one would care outside of Hippieville (Austin).

That sux. "switchblades" are legal here to have and you can carry them with a CCW permit.

I believe VA is the same way, you just need to be military or LE to purchase.

Hm. anyone here can purchase in person. Just seems like many sites make you be leo/mil to purchase due to shipping.
