The latest and the greatest scam

I received this today:

Dear Sirs,

The Better Business Bureau has*received the*above-referenced complaint from one of your associates concerning their business relations with you.
The*details*of*the*consumer's*concern*are explained in enclosed file.
Please review this issue and notify us of your opinion.
We encourage you to open the ATTACHED REPORT to*respond this complaint.

We look forward to your prompt attention to this matter.

I love how they 'encourage' me to open their ZIP file which contains a malware .exe file. Of course, my mac can't use an .exe file.

The BBB says any such messages are fraudulent and to delete them immediately.
