Losing Weight with Starscream

Tomorrow's the day I weigh in. I'm crossing my eyes, fingers, toes, and t's that I lost the rest of the weight I had gained.

On the Scale today and and Down 6 lbs.

It would be so much better if i didn't destroy what I do during the week on the weekend.
Still working on a plan that works for me.

Been going to the gym at work and I found out I can use it on the weekend so that's a plus.

I need to work on my eating habits but those are getting better as well.

I would like to get to Warrior Dash June 9th.
Here's to getting it done.

Joe, seriously consider myfitnesspal.com for keeping track of what you eat, and what you burn when you work out. It's helping us with our goals.
