Ouch, just looked up their BBB profile.

Rated an F... Maybe an admin should look at their thread here and perhaps remove it pending results of Joe's experience? I would hate to see another BOTL get screwed.

I hate to say it, but you likely got scammed. Keep on your CC company about this; they should be able to reverse the charge. I hate seeing someone get ripped off; it pi**es me off.
