Here are my thoughts on both:

SN Ruthless Rye very drinkable, slightly sweet IPA with lots of rye character, hops were spicy & had a citrus bite. I prefer SNPA & Torpedo, but this was good

Viaje Satori chocolate, coffee, pepper, and baking spice. Very nice with a good sized N-kick

The two went together very enjoyably. Drinking the beer soon after exhaling the smoke made my tongue very tingly, it really accentuated the pepper & spice.
