J&J Cigars in SODO, near the stadiums is a must; Rain City Cigars in Georgetown as well. Both are great shops.

If you're there on a Tuesday you should definitely make it to Smokey Joe's in Fife (near Tacoma) during the evening to meet some of the local BOTLs.
