Of course, Moe. We never doubted your respect for the law. As for me, I don't actually *buy* them. That's technically illegal, even overseas, so I'm lucky to have many friends in foreign places who offer me cigars that I couldn't legally buy.

I don't actually buy them either, the credit card company does. So as long as they are destroyed before the payment check clears, I think they are in some kind of cigar limbo... could be a nice dance too

Ah, that would be nice. But the letter of the law, which of course I follow to the letter, prohibits the "purchase, acceptance or transportation" of "Cuban origin cigars." It would be a completely foolish and ineffective law if they failed to specifically prohibit recieving them as a gift as well, would it not?

There are some that do, but most Cuban cigars are comparable to (as in much cheaper than) non-Cuban cigars in price.

i remember i was in a B&M one time when i lived in calf one guy said he pay 100 buck for one CC stick i was like dam

he was most likely full of chit, or a sucker.

although, there are some SWEET cuban Macanudos for sale right now... bargain price of $999.99

the guy will make you a deal if you take both only $1500!!
