I tried it for the first time ever this morning. We were watching a show on Hawaiian food and I though Spam an eggs looked good so I gave it a shot this morning as my "last day of vacation" breakfast.

It came out pretty good. The taste reminded me a little bit of Pork Roll.

I saw that show too. I almost a few times.

According to the show Hawaiins consume the most Spam per capita in the world. My friend had a room mate in college from Guam who said his island held that title. So, I'm wondering who's right or if maybe Hawaii passed Guam in the 10 years since I heard that.
