Spam?

Try this;
Heat up your pancake griddle.
Make your pancake batter.
Cut your Spam into 1/4" thick slices.
Lay out your Spam and fry it on 1 side.
Flip the Spam and pour Pancake batter over it.
Continue to cook pancake as usual.
Spamcakes. They are actually very good, especially w/ the syrup. the kids dig-em too for a little change on Dads day off.
