What did you have for dinner 2nite???

Just put a rack of ribs in the oven, dry rub, a little apple sauce and some othr spices. Have them in for an hour right now, probably go for 2 wrapped in foil, finish for a half hour out of foil.

Sound about right on cook time? My friend just brought them over andI kinda am winging it.

Homemade chicken fingers with pretzel coating, fried zucchini and french fries. Yeah, fried food medley but it was homemade and amazing.

BBQ cajun rubbed chicken with grilled asparagus and cous cous. Came out fantastic.
