I have one of these in my garage. It's full and seems to be very sturdy.

I have 10 Grainger storage shelf units, some for my garage and the rest in my work shop. I have been using them for over 10 years through two moves. They last a long time!

They run from the type you show, to 700 lb per shelf capacity.

They are interlocking, can be adjusted to any height and are reasonably priced.
