Default Re: Any difference between 75 and 80 degrees?

I recently decided to go through and freeze my entire stash (300+ sticks) and I did not have one cigar come out with a split wrapper. I went straight to the freezer for 72 hours, then 24 in the fridge, then a couple hours to get to room temp then back in the cooler. I've since avoided the fridge altogether, just going straight into the freezer, then out on the counter until it gets to room temperature. Still no problems. I triple bag them in ziplocks before putting them in.

It's really not much additional effort for peace of mind. I'd strongly suggest it if your temps are getting up around 80.
