Based on today's little attempt at part of the course...I'm in BIG trouble

1. They made the hills MUCH higher

2. There are NO downhills

3. I will finish but not sure about that hour mark or even 1:05

I wonder if VB Fri-Sun-Mon then 3 days of running had anything to do with it

Ok yesterday actually RAN UP (ok very slowly)the hills for the 1st time in 4 years, maybe I can brake an hour
