This. It was horrible last year. I have pretty much moved over to Spaten Optimator now. I may get a 6er of the SA Oktoberfest to see if it is better this year.

Side note, DogfishHead Punkin will be out soon . OH YEAH!!!

I had some last night on draft at the bar. i was kind of suprised it was out all ready but i have never paid much attention. The bar tender said they were getting alot of their October beers in next week along with Southern Tier Pump -King which im pretty fond of.

Draft is much better than bottles IMO. Although either way, this beer is still underrated by beer geeks. I'm just a fan of German style lagers in general.

If you like Pumpkin beers you should try Weyerbacher's Imperial Pumpkin. It's my favorite of what I've tried.

I didn't care for last year's DFH Punkin. I understand they tweak it each year, so I'll probably give it another try this year.
