194 this morning. Been a tough week. Hopefully today and tomorrow are "moving days".
![]() Tried some "intervals" on the airdyne last night. .8 miles normal pace (4), .2 miles at "max" (about 7.5 if that means anything to anyone). Max kicks your butt. Not sure where this leads but it certainly changed the dynamic.

193 This morning. Probably going to be the lowest I go for a couple weeks given the wekend is here followed by the herf. It's a real weight slowly reached this week so I'm hoping for a not so large weekend bounce.
Been eating well but smart. Thinking 185 might be possible but 190 is definitely "in range" by early September.
