And btw, I agree with your original post Todd. For me, when it gets to the point where I "have to have" a cigar, drink, etc., it's time for me to step back and do some evaluating.

A cigar is "part" of the celebration, not "the" celebration.

Of course, if I am at a supposed 'celebration' where it is not a smoke friendly environment, and I am getting angry that I cannot have a cigar, maybe it means that I need to leave. I am not enjoying myself there.
