About 30 mins from me.
ya out here people seem to go for either 1 acre or 20+
Thats not a bad price. can you tell me what road it off of.
It looks like half of it is tillable if im seeing it right. At least you got some people you know near to keep an eye out.

315W off of Brownsville Road. We might let the guy to the NE of our land farm on it.

My wife's grandmother has owned land for many many years and leased it. There is a family who lives on it and farms it. They pay her a percentage of their profits every year. That's the only rent they pay.

Well my guess was wrong there no fast way for me to get to liberty. 1hr 3 mins. Dead end roads are the best.
