My . ( I have frequented Nags Head for 34 years now......)

Island Tobacco is horrible... but it is the only option.

Picture a head shop that happens to carry some cigars.

Just reread this... where are they traveling from? They may pass several decent places on the way back if they are coming by car. Sounds like Nags Head is a wash, but there may be some nice alternatives on their route. Just an idea...
