No, I didn't order 80oz of tobacco...

So I'm waiting for a tin from P&C to arrive. Today a box from P&C arrives. Very excited, I go to open the box but when lifting it it feels like there is WAY more in here than just a tin.

SO I open it and find an invoice with someone else's name, and 80 oz of Lanes 1Q. To be honest I was baffled to see such a large amount of pipe tobacco!

I already called the company and left them a message saying they mislabled the box. Hopefully they call me back tomorrow.

Should I try calling the man who ordered the tobacco?

Well, I guess damage is done. I e-mailed the guy. Told him to call the company in the morning so everyone was on the same page. I just thought it was the courteous thing to do.

I just e-mailed him to let him know he wont be getting it today. I have no intentions of trying to solve this on my own. The company will fix it all.

We call it Good Companion at the shop. I know JR's calls it Brendon's Choice. It's probably the world's best selling aromatic.

Email customer service and I think theres a number if you really need to get a hold of them somewhere around the site. but seeing how thats east coast time and its 7 here they're gone till tuesday, Place it somewhere cool, especially since you'll be gone till tuesday afternoon. Now I have a scale if you want to record how much is there if they play some silly game , I can bring it to my dads in Oneida where I will be from sat am to sunday afternoon.

Yea, if I remember correctly 1Q is what we call Wilshire at work. Its our top seller tobacco wise. I have to constantly refill the jar we store it in in the store front

We have folks asking for it from time to time and we were never sure. 1Q is probably our 2nd best seller.

lol yea, all Tinderboxes call it Wilshire if its what I think it is, forgot to check today, but if its the lighter colored burley blend that smells almost off-puttingly sweet the its the same stuff.

Thats our "Midnight," its my favorite aromatic we carry. If you're lookin for a fix of the stuff if there's a Tinderbox near you they should have it in stock.
