OK.....so, just as I thought, I am not the only one who likes milk or milk-like product and sugar or sugar-like product.

So....do you folks think there is a benefit to using some of these beans from unclebeanz, killerbeans etc? Or does the milk/sugar mask the flavor too much.

I always out milk/cream/half & half and some sort of sweetener (substitute/regular sugar/ RAW) but thats not the part that matters to me. The part that matter is the coffee itself. I'm no coffee aficionado but I definitely think that where the beans come from, how it's roasted and made into coffee matters.

So to answer your question, yes it does benefit from using quality beans.
