You can eat a lot of bananas and still be good, Dom. Don't feel guilty about eating fruit.

242 again today

. At least it's not a gain, and I believe at least a pound of that today is from all the beans in my stomach from last night's taco soup. Does gas carry weight?

193 today. My clothes are starting to fit better. I feel good losing some weight and working out. I actually don't get real hungry but I find myself wanting some sweets...I am a big sweets guy I love me some ice cream covered in chocolate syrup.
