For the longest time I was matches only...then I decided a torch was way easier

I still go with matches for anything that is really special, I feel that it puts me in the right mindset of really taking your time to enjoy it. But for the most part I use my trusty Ronson now a days.

Most of the time I use my xikar soft flame lighter.
Does it make the cigar taste better than if I lit it with a torch, no probably not but like Apoco said it puts me in the mindset of taking my time to enjoy the cigar.
