The grain was a very nice surprise..... When I picked the wood up, it was almost as if it was in a fire or something.... "toasted" comes to mind... it had a charcoal feel to it and got my clothes all dirty when I carried the board....

Then.... the big surprise came when I ran it through the planer..... It took me back a bit.... Good Stuff!!!

IT takes up the whole top of my bedroom dresser. People don't even realize it's a humidor since it is massive!!!
