Banners in Sig lines

I keep seeing people with these little banners in their siglines. how does one go about aquiring one of these?

User CP > Your Control Panel > Settings & Options > Edit Signature

i guess what i really wanted to know was where do they get them from, since they all seem similar in layout

Google "forum signature bars" or "userbars" Not sure the best place to get them but that is what they are.

Yeah I googled mine.

Can't remember what site it come from though. There are tons of them out there. If you're smart enough ( I aint) you can make your own with photoshop or paint I think.
