This guy wasn't a cop. Unshaven, a little sloppy looking, moustache... I am fairly certain my city has a 'no facial hair' policy for cops, as I don't ever recall seeing any with a stache.

Have you seen our UCs They are exempt from that no hair policy. Of course I could have a stache just not a goatee. I'd rather have a goat. It produces milk which can make cheese.
