I use a Moccamaster Technivorm machine. French Press to me is a pain and the coffee is not hot enough. But husband Matthew loves it.

I have Bolivia Buenavista from Stumptown in my press today... Roasted on 2/12, so it is fairly fresh (for my standards) & I'm finding that the strong hit of chocolate to the nose transfers well to the cup. Good stuff!

No time to make decent coffee this morning... so I had to stop at Starbucks. I know, I'm sorry too.
In my defense I had worked a 16hr shift and then had 8hrs off to sleep and then head back in for another 12hr shift. So I didn't make time for coffee

I just broke out a bag of Peaberry Kona this morning...delicious would be an understatement. I wish it wasn't so expensive, because this is one of my favorite morning coffees around.
