Maybe a neighbor is up to know good or they're awaiting something . I try not to get involved.unless it is to help them.

I'm glad I live in a city where I don't worry about what the cops are doing. When cruisers park in front of my house, which they've done several times over the last few years, I'm glad. It means no one is going to f*ck with my place and if something happens in my neighborhood, they're right there to stop it.
