It is never really up to date, but my system works for me. When I order a box I put in all the info except the box code. When it comes in a update the record with the box code. I hardly ever update the numbers as I smoke them. When I am done with a box I remove the whole record.

what if you get gifted a 5er of different sticks how do you record that?
