I have a spread sheet using Micosoft Excel. works well.

My list isn't quite big enough just yet to have these kinds of worries, unfortunately.

I just keep track of cigar containers. I know where most of them are at all times.

A little bit of memory and like Tom, I enjoy a good surprise!

I organize by size, vitola rather than brand. I also keep CCs in a different humidor from NCs because they tend to fight.
