It goes away, usually pretty quick.

Unfortunately, Sophie is hard-wired like a rooster to wake me up every morning between 6-7 AM, when I have zero reason to be up then. Worse, once I'm awake, I can't ever fall back to sleep. Thank heaven for coffee.
