I own a Cigar Lounge

I own a Cigar lounge in Wisconsin with a smoking exception for cigars only. This business can be sold and moved to a new location within the State of Wisconsin. With the 2010 smoking ban, no new cigar bar or merchant opening after June 2009 will have this legal exception to allow smoking in a cigar lounge and/or retail store. Only existing cigar stores and cigar lounges (holding a class B license with 15% cigar sales) opened before this date will have the legal smoking exception. I opened in July of 2008 and currently have cigar sales that exceed 15% of our gross sales. We also hold a class B liquor license. I am preparing to sell the business and looking for input regarding the best way to advertise this unique situation. I wouldn't necessarily be selling just the business, but rather the exception to the state smoking ban.

Blanket no smoking laws and vendors need to hide their tobacco now too.

I own one also in So Cal. Kinda small, not very good food, sometimes cold and lots of unwanted noise with the family that lives nearby. But heck I like it

A commercial real estate agent in the area will be able to provide you the assistance that you need.

Try Craigslist. You could try putting an advertisement with price on all the cigar forums. You could also run it by local bar, nite & strip club owners in your area.

Do you have a price in mind?
