There are plenty of other places out there to buy from if you are that dissatisfied with CI/Cbid.

I was burning up somewhere around 7k a year at CI/Cbid and got in a pissing match with them because they wouldn't sell me cigars at their own advertised price. It wasn't even unreasonable, and wasn't much of a savings for me. Something like 35 bucks on a $500.00 order. It was just a matter of principle that I fought them for it.
Ultimately they told me to go sh1t in my hat.
Haven't spent a dime there since. Oddly, they haven't missed me a bit.
