I no longer purchase NC's but if I did as everyone else has mentioned "CigarsAtYourPrice.com". I've done about 4 orders from them. Fastest shipping, best prices, one can go broke at that place.

You can honestly get a better deal on cigarmonster or the CI daily deal the you can on make me an offer.
