When I'm working out, I usually just use ON 100% Whey and Animal Packs. I have the ON 100% Casein and Animal Cuts, but I had enough protein through my diet that I didn't need the casein, and Animal Cuts never really did much for me.
When I get back into p90x, I might get NO-xplod just to see how much improvement I get. ![]() |
