c'mon, Tom. Diplomats are allowed to "cable drunk" aren't they?

In my opinion, the next US presidential election will be the most important for US-Cuban relations.

I just hope he wasn't as bitter about such circumstances (re. his memorable role) as Alec Guinness became about his role in Star Wars....
