Sigh, ok another Michael Bay suspend reality, including how the moon rotates around the earth flich. Rape my childhood. I will still go see it, just to hear the voice actors for Optimus and Megatron. I just wish they would do a Transformers movie, instead of a teen romantic comedy with a side of robots.

Best Transformer Movie of all time was the animated one from the 80s. Transformers: The Movie was the shiznit!

I couldn't agree with you more....its like Hulk with Eric Bana . Luckily Louis Leterrier directed a darker version which is what someone needs to do with Transformers.

FWIW, if you mean to say 'why didn't we see the wreckage before?' The Moon does not rotate on its axis like the Earth does, the Dark Side of the Moon is always facing away from the Earth at all times.
