Macallan 25 sherry oak - 2 drops of water/Cohiba sig series
Glenmorangie 25 - neat/1983 ERDM PL
Macallan 17 fine oak - neat/anything Upmann
Bowmore 15 - 2 drops of water/'00 Punch SS2

What's in my cabinet:
Cragganmore 12 - neat/Party 898 or '96 Lusi
Macallan 12 sherry oak - neat or 2 drops depending on my mood/anything Party or Upmann

At the moment my favorite is the 21 yr Glengoyne (i got a bottle in december 2007 at the distillery).
But off course it depends on the moment.
The Balvenie Port Wood is also high on my list.

Have become a fan of this reasonably priced single malt...

Speyburn 10 Year. A real bargain IMHO.

I love Glenlivet 18, Nadurra, Glenfiddich 12, but this Speyburn compares favorably.

Picked up one of my favs a couple of days ago. Ardbeg 10. long over due for opening it.

Very good for the $. Unfortunately my hand continually gravitates toward my Lagavulin, Ardbeg and Bowmore... then my wallet.

I like peat...can you tell?

This is a good one. Very good if you're just starting to dabble as well. It's got a clean finish and not overpowering at all.
