while not exactly twangy - the tatuaje especiales (in both appearance and taste) suggest cuba to me... very similar taste and a pre-light aroma to many CCs i've had.

I wouldn't say it has a twang but I was smoking a foundacion ancestral pinar del rio 1941 lonsdale, an awesome costa rican puro, with too long of a name. But either way it tastes like somewhere between an aged punch RS and a partagas churchill deluxe.

One nc that I think does an ok job emulating a cc blend is the partagas cifuentes febrero. one of my favorite nc sticks.
