I do primarily because I don't smoke anywhere near my humi (in my apt.) So, to minimize risk of damage in transport (nontrivial, I'm pretty ham fisted) I keep 'em in cello.
I'd RATHER not. But it's not worth ruining the sticks over. |

I hand knit small cigar cozies for all my sticks because I heard that cello doesn't breathe well. I only use virgin yak wool because it is the only kind of virgin I can find around here.
