A simple search for cello in thread titles will yield multiple results. All of those threads will tell you it's a personal preference. Most will leave it on if it came that way.

They didn't spend the time and money to package it with celo for no reason... Might as well leave it on:2

I leave it on if it came that way... simply because I tend to play cigar tetras so often I figure it helps safe guard the wrappers.

If it came with cello, it stays in cello....

Hell, if I'd just purchase an Aristocrat, they'd stay in the box as well.... Though my limited room keeps my budget in check....;)

Re: Cello on or off?

I take all the cello off, cut it in half, then put it back on the cigars. I use the cut pieces to cover the cigars that didn't come with cello. Once a month, I swap the cello from head to foot on the cigar that way they stay even.

I know, it's a lot of work, but dammit, my cigars are worth it.

This may be TMI...but I remove the cello from my Opus #5's to keep on hand in case I run out of condoms. :sad
