Could have been a mix up with the automated e-mail. Give 'em a ring tomorrow when their phone lines are up. If you've been a customer for this long, I highly doubt they'd defecate upon you -- Positive they'll rectify it. Give 'em the old "I don't see how I can continue using this service if this keeps happening."

Never had a problem with them but I should have a large package coming from them by the end of the week and now I'm nervous....HA!
