You count days until months happen, then it's months. Once a year hits, it's hard to remember ever doing it.

Great work.
I had a grandmother that smoked for 60+ years and quit cold turkey. Her biggest battle was fighting the habit of holding the cigarette itself. She cut straws to the same size and used that to fight her urge to pick up the real thing. Just a suggestion if that's a problem area for you. |

Do you smoke cigars? Keep it up you have gone through the hardest part, your first week.
Triggers are the thing to pay attention to. When and where. Then think about why they are triggering you.

I still smoke cigars, but I try to do it at different times during the day. I used to smoke after dinner
And I found that if I didn't, I would crave a smoke. |
