Well I've been cigarette free now for 74 hours now. After my dad told me about my grandpas lung problems I decided to give it up.

I forgot to mention how weird it is being able to smell someone smoking when I'm 2 cars behind them with my windows up

I just noticed that this morning on my way to work. Stinky habit.

I've been cigarette free for about a year now IIRC. Lost track after the first couple months. Couldn't be happier. That damn habit controlled my life.

I posted on here 5 weeks ago that I decided to quit and everyone jumped in and cheered me up... well guess what, not a single cigarette since May 1st. You can do this too!
