getting much better, the thing that still stands out on the hand is the pointer finger. Not the tip, the rest of the finger seems hooked. The part you can see towards the head of the cigar seems to curve to much IMHO.

Like in this pic, you can't see any of the pointer finger except the tip or in the other pic it is just the tip pointing more towards the viewer than down:
