I voted Cream & Sugar but I really use Silk Creamer not milk-creamer. I use about 20% creamer and a heaping tablespoon of sugar. This is for a 20oz Mug/tumbler.

I like mine strong and sweet, like a caffeine candy bar! Picked up that habit in the middle east.
