I agree here fully. I love them, but the cost and mess is a big deterent for me I have to admit. I've done about 5 in total and am extremely careful and they have turned out great every time. But, the cost of peanut oil is outrageous and doesn't make a lot of sense if you aren't cooking several turkeys or other deep fried food. Steve
