Dog Wheelchairs?

I have seen numerous dogs using one that is like a chariot where their rear half of their body rests on the cart and the front legs do all the wheeling around.
Not sure where to get them but they are very effective and the dogs I have seen looked happy and normal, which obviously is your main goal.

I couldn't help but think of this thread last night after being subjected to the chick flick "Backup Plan".

The girl, Jennifer Lopez, has a small dog forced to use one of these because of an injury and seems to get around ok.

Can't reccomend the movie, but the chariot seemed not overly complicated and I wish the best for your little buddy.
